We can service all Polaroid "ALL-PHOTO" ID Cameras from the ID-2 to the new ID-100. Our staff can also repair most 2-4-6 picture ID cameras made after 1980. Pre-1980 units suffer from parts availability, However, we do buy older units for parts to help keep some of these 1970's units working.

Your ID badging camera or your laminator (Roll or Pouch), is thoroughly checked for problems, within 48 hours after arriving at one of our repair facilities. Our call to you will give you all the information needed to make your repair decision. After receiving an authorizing fax from your company, we will quickly get your equipment into one of our repair bays, where it will be corrected for its' problem(s). Our packaging department makes sure that it won't be damaged when we ship it back to you. Repair warranties vary from 30 days to 1 year, depending on the product, its' age and the nature of the repair.

Polafix can offer our customers "Worry-Free Equipment" VIA our service contract protection plan!! Equipment protected under our plans receive priority service and we can provide you with a free "loaner" unit, while your unit is being serviced*. Call for additional details at 570-788-8800.

Finally, Polafix can rent you a complete ID badging system or a laminator for those times when your unit is not enough to get a big job done quickly. Call or e-mail for details and pricing.

Our laminator repair department can repair units from the desk-top 4" size up to the large, (42"-roll), industrial laminators. Whether you have an ID laminator, a document laminator or a large roll laminator; Polafix can provide you with speedy repair service. We offer an on-site repair service for some roll laminators and all Polaroid "All-Photo" camera systems, due to their larger size. This service is only available in Northeastern PA and the Philadelphia area.

The average cost to repair a Polaroid "All-Photo" camera system in our shop is $250.00. Repairs to the smaller ID cameras run about $150.00. Small ID or document laminators run approximately $110.00, while large roll laminators average $400.00. Units that are not approved for repair by their owners will incur a $45.00 estimating and return shipping fee, if they want the equipment back. Unrepaired units left with us will be disposed of at no cost to the customer. Billing is handled either with your credit card or COD via UPS. On-Site service will add a travel fee to your service bill. The approximate cost is $120.00; however call for your exact charges before selecting this type of service. Payment for on-site servicing is expected on the day service is rendered, unless your company has an account with us, which will allow you to charge it for 30 days.
