| BadgeBuilder® Visitor
Accountability.
Employee Safety. Cost Effectiveness. When these are important to
you, consider BadgeBuilder® Visitor tracking software. Visitor allows
your employees to enter their appointments through their PC’s, creating
a working database for all visitors. When they arrive, the receptionist
confirms their identity, takes their photo, enters any further desired
information and prints out temporary ID badges, parking passes, etc.
Visitor automatically alerts appropriate personnel via email that their
guest has arrived.
When the visitor leaves their visit is
terminated either via the pass, through menu options or by using
technology badges such as a light sensitive badge. The visit status then
changes and the history details including date, time, employee, location
and visitor are permanently stored in the visitor record. |
